Frequently asked questions

Do you supply Tier-1 solar modules?
Yes. We source monocrystalline TOPCon, HJT and bifacial modules from Tier-1 manufacturers and authorised channels, and IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certificates and datasheets are available on request. For Dubai projects, we can confirm DEWA eligibility for your project against the utility’s list of eligible equipment.
What warranties apply to solar and battery hardware?
Warranties come from the manufacturer and pass through to you. Tier-1 modules typically carry a product warranty plus a longer linear power warranty, and LFP batteries carry a warranty on retained capacity over years or throughput. The manufacturer warranty applies, and we can share the manufacturer’s warranty terms with your quote.
Can you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. We can consolidate orders in Dubai and ship by sea or road to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain, and to wider MENA and Africa. Import duties, local conformity marks and customs clearance vary by country, so tell us the destination early and we will plan the documentation.
How is desert heat accounted for in equipment sizing?
Our engineering partners design to local peak conditions, not averages. That means using module temperature coefficients in yield models, checking inverter and PCS derating curves at 45–50 °C, specifying battery enclosures with active cooling, and allowing for dust and soiling losses and cleaning schedules in the energy estimate.
Do you install, or only supply?
We are a wholesale supplier. For supply-only orders, we deliver to your EPC or contractor. For turnkey projects, our engineering and installation partners handle design, utility approvals, installation and commissioning, and we coordinate the hardware so there is one clear path from quote to energisation.
